WeddingBestie provides a digital platform for creating and managing wedding invitations. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Digital wedding invitation templates.
• RSVP management systems.
• Premium add-ons such as WhatsApp integration, custom domains, and background music.
• Digital asset packs for cultural wedding themes.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content on the platform, including software, UI/UX design, graphics, and unique cultural wedding motifs, is the exclusive property of WeddingBestie or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the templates for your personal, non-commercial wedding event. Unauthorized redistribution or resale of our templates is strictly prohibited.

Payment for premium services must be made through our authorized payment gateways. Due to the digital and instant nature of our products, all sales of digital templates are final. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as technical failures that prevent the use of a purchased product.

You retain ownership of the photos and personal details you upload. By uploading content, you grant WeddingBestie a license to host, display, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the invitation service to you and your guests.

WeddingBestie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.
