This policy explains in detail when and how a refund may be considered for a WeddingBestie purchase, as a companion to Section 4 ("Payments and Refunds") of our Terms of Service.
1. General Policy
Our digital products are delivered instantly upon completed purchase. As such, all sales are final. Refunds are considered only in the exceptional circumstances described below, and entirely at WeddingBestie's sole discretion.
2. Eligible for a Refund
- A technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing or using your purchased template.
- A duplicate or accidental charge for the same order.
3. Not Eligible for a Refund
- Change of mind after customization or invitation-building work has begun.
- Once the invitation has been published or shared with guests.
- Dissatisfaction with a template design chosen before purchase (every template can be fully previewed before checkout).
4. How to Request a Refund
Email weddingbestie@nftatoms.com with your order number and a brief explanation, within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be processed.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Final Decision
All decisions regarding refund eligibility and amount are made at WeddingBestie's sole discretion and are final.
